Meet the PHOS Team

Brandon West founded PHOS Creative at the age of 26 out of his home office. A strategy-first digital marketing agency headquartered in Florida, PHOS’ growth and culture have been highlighted in the Inc. 5000, Gator100, Florida Trend Magazine, and the Best Christian Workplaces Institute.

Author of It Is Not Your Business to Succeed, Brandon has shared his insights on over seventy stages, addressing topics such as purpose-driven leadership, people-first culture, business as a ministry, authentic branding, and inbound marketing.

Away from his desk, Brandon enjoys dating his wife, mostly losing to his sons at board games, playing guitar and piano, exploring underwater caverns, and pastoring leaders at Salt Church and in the marketplace.

As an Inbound Marketing Executive, Julie Anne is passionate about using storytelling to communicate a client’s brand effectively. She believes in the power of clear messaging and interpersonal relationships for building a client’s engaging marketing strategy.

When away from her desk, you can find Julie Anne looking at airplane tickets, planning a dance party, or singing in the praise band at church. Her travels include over 10 states and 6 countries, but she is always looking to add another stamp to her passport. She loves her family, baking, and singing at the top of her lungs while driving.

Duncan serves clients through humanistic, intentional designs influenced by his experience marketing and managing brands. He is driven by his commitment to constant growth and learning and creating work that is not only beautiful but effective for clients.

When not designing, you will find Duncan on the climbing wall, on the river, on a surfboard, on his motorbike, or with a guitar hanging around his shoulders — and more often than not, you’ll find his wife Lauren right by his side.

As an Inbound Marketing Executive, Elizabeth is passionate about strategizing with clients and helping them lead with purpose. Her love for the non-profit world lead her to PHOS where these interests are shared and prioritized. She strives to do everything with a bigger mission in mind.

Biz (as many love to call her) loves spending her time outside the office at the beach, cheering on the Gators, or taking a really solid nap. She also loves a good puzzle and spending quality time with her friends and family.

With an unwavering passion for digital marketing, Conor aims to bring his expertise to clients in need. As an Inbound Marketing Executive, he is driven by his curiosity and creativity to utilize the newest and best practices to optimize clients’ ROI.

Aside from digital marketing, Conor enjoys playing board games and spending quality time with his friends and family. He also likes to stay active and spends time in the gym, and outdoors hiking and boating!

As an Inbound Marketing Executive, Caitlin strives to fuse creativity, fine-tuned communication, and strategy to ensure our clients’ goals and needs are exceeded. Growing deep relationships is at the heart of Caitlin’s mission, and she believes that everyone has a story to tell.

Outside of PHOS’ studio, she spends time in her own studio, painting and playing the trumpet. Her favorite place to be is outdoors, preferably on a lake in the North Georgia mountains. Her other hobbies include spending quality time with friends and curating an ever-growing collection of plants.

As the studio Receptionist, Courtney wholeheartedly strives to create an environment where clients and team members feel seen, valued, and celebrated. With a passion for finding meaningful solutions, she loves organizing and streamlining processes.

Outside of PHOS, Courtney enjoys hosting game nights, taking care of her plants, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. In her book, a day spent outdoors is a day well spent, and she takes every opportunity that comes her way to escape to the mountains.

Being a lifelong writer, Rachel is passionate about creating and writing amazing copy for websites, blogs, e-books, and anything in-between. She believes words are a powerful tool in bringing a client’s vision to life and is vital in cultivating a human connection through storytelling with an audience.

In her free time, Rachel spends her time reading a good fantasy book, playing the latest video game, or rolling dice for Dungeons and Dragons. She loves exploring local cafes and restaurants and can be found at the theater (both the movie and musical variety). Her other hobbies include enjoying or creating art, exploring nature, and baking sweet treats!

Having taken every art class she could since she was a kid, Alyson pairs her multifaceted creative experience with her unique perspective to craft compelling visuals that serve our clients best. As a Creative Media Associate, you’ll find her on location taking photos or behind a computer color-grading and making our clients look like rock stars.

Aside from her role at PHOS, you’ll find this Florida native outdoors soaking up some sun, playing golf with her husband, or walking her dog, Tucker.

As a Client Growth Consultant, Josh is committed to building impactful partnerships. He serves our current and future clients by exploring business challenges and crafting the best-fit marketing solutions to help promote growth the right way.

Outside of PHOS, you’ll find Josh leading a super-embarrassing dance party with his wife and kids, roasting okay coffee, geeking out about Classical music, or slinging around plastic discs at some chains.

As an Inbound Marketing Executive, Amanda uses her love for creative copy and financial analytics to craft solutions that convert needle-pushing results for her clients. Applying her marketing and economics education from the University of Florida, she empowers each PHOS partner she works with to forward their mission through effective campaign strategy and implementation.

Outside of PHOS, you can find Amanda looking for any opportunity to visit one of Florida’s springs or craft a new Spotify playlist.

Chris is an accomplished software developer with nearly two decades of experience. He finds joy in crafting each piece and watching the final result come together. He can explain the deep inner workings of the internet in a simple way (if you care to know), or he can just deliver the results. You can rest easy knowing he handled the details.

Outside of PHOS, Chris loves to ride his bikes with his daughter on mountain trails or a BMX track. He can fix most things around the house and always has the right tool “somewhere in a box over here.”

With a background in brand strategy and digital marketing across a range of industries, Noah loves to understand emerging technology, trends, and best practices in order to help businesses build and maintain a competitive advantage.

Outside of the studio, you’ll find Noah losing at board games, jamming to an audiobook, canoeing down the Santa Fe River, or planning the next big travel adventure with his wife and kids.

As an Inbound Marketing Executive, Callie strives to integrate creativity and the latest marketing trends to build unique strategies that support her clients’ missions. She partners authenticity with innovation to establish community and exceed goals.

In her free time, Callie loves to write music, read books, and watch movies under a mountain of blankets. She also enjoys hosting game nights, trying new restaurants with her husband, and thrift shopping with friends.

As a marketing intern, Neha is excited to learn about all the ways she can assist clients in strategizing different opportunities to send their messages to different consumers.

In her free time, Neha enjoys watching TV, trying coffee shops with her friends and family, and shopping. She loves playing badminton with her dad, building step-by-step crafts, and photography.

As a marketing intern, Dominick is excited to learn what agency life is all about and how he can play a role in helping clients bring their company’s vision to the forefront in the digital marketing space.

In his free time, Dominick enjoys doing CrossFit, playing pickleball, or listening to a good audiobook on business. He is always up for an adventure…as long as good food is involved.
