• Photography & Videography Intern

  PHOS is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic photography & videography intern who will assist our Photography & Videography team with strategizing and producing unique and creative visuals that serve a range of clients to meet their brand, mission, and vision. The ideal candidate will be someone who embraces our core values of leadership, creativity, love, integrity, and community. He/she will be someone who has a willingness to learn, a passion for storytelling, and a heart to serve clients alongside our team with excellence.

  What Experience Will I Get?

  As a photography & video intern, you will work alongside our Photography & Videography team to:

  • Identify and define the visual voice of brands in collaboration with Marketing & Design teams
  • Set up, utilize, and manage technical gear
  • Direct & host photo and video shoots
  • Edit & deliver high resolution photography files
  • Edit videos for color accuracy and audio clarity 
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new and inspiring ideas.

  What Are the Requirements?

  • Comfortable working in Adobe products like Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, and Premiere Pro.
  • Working knowledge of technical gear (gimbal, Canon cameras/lenses, etc.)
  • An eye for composition and a knack for telling stories
  • Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration.
  • Bonus points: Fluency in Adobe After Effects and graphic design

• Marketing Internship

  PHOS is seeking energetic and enthusiastic marketing interns who will assist our Marketing team with the strategy and execution of services for inbound marketing clients. The ideal candidate will be someone who embraces our core values of leadership, creativity, love, integrity, and community. He/she will be someone who has a willingness to learn and has a heart to serve clients alongside our team with excellence.

  What Experience Will I Get?

  As a marketing intern with PHOS, you will be involved in several aspects of our company. Your assignments will involve:

  • Social media management and marketing
  • Content marketing and blogging
  • Website management
  • Market research
  • Marketing strategy
  • Search engine optimization

  What Are the Requirements?

  • Completely comfortable with the main tools of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of top social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Developed writing skills with flexible voice and tone

• Graphic Design Intern

  PHOS is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic graphic design intern who will assist our Design team with producing unique and creative graphics that serve a range of clients to meet their brand, mission, and vision. The ideal candidate will be someone who embraces our core values of leadership, creativity, love, integrity, and community. He/she will be someone who has a willingness to learn and has a heart to serve clients alongside our team with excellence.

  What Experience Will I Get?

  As a graphic design intern with PHOS, you will be involved in several aspects of our company. You will work alongside our Design team to:

  • Select color palettes, photography, and typography that matches a specific brand identity.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new and inspiring ideas. 
  • Share designs with team members and clients for revisions and feedback.
  • Create new and unique social media images, website graphics, marketing ads, and other supporting graphic design collateral that extends and supports a client’s brand.

  What Are the Requirements?

  • Comfortable working in Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and XD.
  • Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration.
