Author of It Is Not Your Business to Succeed, Brandon has shared his insights on over seventy stages, addressing topics such as purpose-driven leadership, people-first culture, business as a ministry, authentic branding, and inbound marketing.
Away from his desk, Brandon enjoys dating his wife, mostly losing to his sons at board games, playing guitar and piano, exploring underwater caverns, and pastoring leaders at Salt Church and in the marketplace.

Outside of PHOS, you can find Alexis playing with her son at the park, starting a new house project (and maybe finishing it), at the nearest farmer’s market, trying a new recipe, or scoping out live music with her husband.

With 25 years of experience leading people and organizations, Derrak loves creativity and the power it has to inspire and connect people to each other and the things they love. His greatest joy is collaborating with and developing leaders to discover their passions and make a difference in the lives of others.
As the Director of Projects, he oversees a talented team of developers, designers, and project managers that delight our clients by creating inspiring products to help them connect with their customers and accomplish their mission.
Outside of PHOS, you can find Derrak on a date with his wife, hanging out with his two sons, getting lost on a hike, or somewhere in Alachua County trying to hit 30 miles on his road bike.

In her life outside the studio, Jenelle cherishes time with her family, whether playing with her kids or unwinding with her husband and a cat curled up on her lap. When she’s not attempting to fit in a workout, you’ll find Jenelle in the kitchen cooking up treats and meals—or simply indulging in ice cream straight from the carton.

Mike received his Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Azusa Pacific University in 2012. After school, he developed a passion for web development by learning HTML and CSS and enjoyed the problem-solving aspect of coding. Since then, he has worked on building his knowledge in Javascript, jQuery and other web development tools. As a WordPress Developer, he enjoys using his creativity and love of learning to create the ideal solutions the clients at PHOS.
When not tinkering around on the computer at PHOS, Mike is usually tinkering around on the computer at home. He enjoys dabbling in computer graphics programs like Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as 3D rendering software like Blender. Aside from that, he is a blue belt in Krav Maga, and enjoys getting outside and enjoying the sunshine – whether that be at a theme park or a local spring.

She also enjoys doing anything artistic or crafty, pinning all the dessert recipes on Pinterest, and taking her cat Artie on walks in his stroller.
