Leadership Development

Leadership is one of the core values that we live daily, and to pour into it, we created our voluntary Leadership Development Program (LDP). Participants read relevant books, and mentors guide discussions on how best to implement leadership concepts. LDP nurtures participants to grow in self-leadership, leading others, and leading an organization.
