This marks the second consecutive year and the fourth overall time PHOS Creative has earned this prestigious honor, having previously won in 2023, 2021, and 2018.

The Business of the Year Awards, hosted annually by the Greater Gainesville Chamber of Commerce, celebrates outstanding local businesses across various categories. As a Chamber member for over a decade, PHOS Creative is proud to be recognized for its commitment to helping team members flourish. This year, PHOS Creative was also nominated for Tech Company of the Year, showcasing its excellence in innovation and service.

To be considered for the Employer of the Year award, organizations submit applications detailing their company culture, values, employee growth opportunities, work-life balance initiatives, and efforts to strengthen their culture. Applications are reviewed by three local business leaders who select the finalists and winners in each category.
