Position Overview
Currently, PHOS is seeking a talented Digital Campaign Specialist who thrives on crafting compelling digital experiences across various channels, leveraging their expertise in email marketing, social media, and campaign management. They are adept at developing and executing strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive tangible results.
The primary channels for this role include social media management, email marketing, campaign development, and social media advertising.
The Digital Campaign Specialist enjoys collaborating with other team members to bring campaigns to life. They will work closely with the Search Marketing team to support a multi-channel digital strategy for our clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Digital Campaign Specialist, you will do the following for clients and/or PHOS:
- Strategize campaigns that seamlessly integrate across social media, email, and other relevant channels to maximize reach and impact.
- Create social media content on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.)
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and reviews, responding promptly to inquiries and feedback to maintain a positive brand image and foster community engagement.
- Work closely with designers to create visually appealing and on-brand assets that resonate with target audiences across various platforms.
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis.
- Implement email campaign types to include personalized nurture sequences, triggered automations, and targeted drip campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies within campaigns to optimize landing pages, email content, and social media posts for improved conversion rates and ROI.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics across all channels, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies, allocate budgets effectively, and drive ROI.
- Provide detailed and insightful reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement on a regular basis.
- Conduct A/B tests on various elements of campaigns, such as ad copy, visuals, email subject lines, and call-to-action buttons, to optimize performance and inform future strategies.
- Develop and implement strategic advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X to maximize reach and conversions.
Proficiencies
Communication and Presenting
The Digital Campaign Specialist will have the ability to communicate effectively via phone, face-to-face interaction, and email to make our clients happy and successful. This also includes the ability to build clear and correct presentations that tell a story.
Writing and Grammar
The Digital Campaign Specialist must be able to write blogs, eBooks, content, and presentations with an adaptable voice and tone. You are likely the right person if you have said, at least once in your life, “I love grammar.”
Digital Marketing Analytics
The Digital Campaign Specialist will use data to inform their strategies and recommendations. This person is able to think strategically and use research to guide your next move. You are a great fit for this role if you have proficient knowledge of social media and email analytics. Bonus points if you can interpret data from Google Analytics.
Organization and Time Management
The Digital Campagin Specialist will serve multiple clients. This requires a high level of organization and time management. This person should be detail-oriented and excellent at quality assurance.
Hungry to Learn
Digital marketing is always changing. The person in this role must have a passion for marketing and lifelong learning. We expect you to keep up with new strategies, changes to platforms, and opportunities to grow our clients and PHOS.
Accountability
At PHOS, we pride ourselves on transparency and a high level of accountability. As the Digital Campaign Specialist, you must be willing to take responsibility for meeting or exceeding client targets. You will send monthly reports to the client outlining the work you have done and should be ready to explain any metric presented.
Requirements
- Relevant BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related degree.
- At least one year of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Experienced in content writing on social media platforms and/or email.
- Proficient in managing all major social media channels.
- Understanding of digital marketing campaign elements and planning.
- Understanding of Google Analytics/GA4.
- Bonus points: Fluency in using and managing WordPress, social media advertising, Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot, graphic design experience, or proficiency in marketing automation software.
Remote Work
We currently operate in a hybrid work schedule, coming physically into the office two days per week and working completely remotely three days per week. We’re looking for someone in or around Gainesville, FL who has the flexibility to come in for client meetings and team activities.
