We’re an award-winning, purpose-driven company, and we’re looking for an outstanding, full-time Lead Digital Campaign Specialist to deliver excellence to our clients while mentoring team members.
Position Overview
Currently, PHOS is seeking a Lead Digital Campaign Specialist who thrives on driving creative marketing excellence and leading a team of social media, email, and campaign experts to deliver high-impact work.
This leadership role is focused on guiding strategy, mentoring team members, and championing innovation across digital channels to elevate both client outcomes and internal processes.
The Lead Digital Campaign Specialist works closely with the Lead Search Marketing Specialist and Director of Marketing to improve clients’ results, foster team growth, and maintain operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities
As Lead Digital Campaign Specialist, you will do the following for clients and/or PHOS:
- Lead the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for our Digital Campaign Team, facilitating Level 10 Meetings and Quarterly Planning Sessions.
- Lead and manage team members on the Digital Campaign team.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows, streamline communication, and implement new tools or technologies that enhance the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct high-level research and present insights to clients during kick-off meetings
- Possess a strategic mindset, able to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with clients’ goals and objectives.
- Cast vision for new opportunities, tools, or systems that will foster more results-driven work and higher quality Digital Campaign-owned deliverables.
- Leverage analytics tools to gather insights, track performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement across the agency, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Encourage thinking outside the box, experimenting with new ideas, and proposing innovative solutions to drive results for clients across social media, email, and campaigns.
- Refine the agency’s campaign standards to ensure impactful social media, email, and campaign deliverables, while guiding the team in continuously raising the bar for excellence
- Define and implement advanced audience targeting strategies and optimization techniques for social media and email campaigns.
- Reinforce the role’s responsibility in fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the digital campaign team, facilitating regular training sessions, workshops, and discussions to promote skill development and expertise sharing.
- Actively engage with clients, understand their needs and challenges, and provide strategic guidance and support.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies and initiatives as well as individual team members’ performance.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital campaign creation and leadership.
- Deep understanding of social media, email marketing, and campaign development.
- Possesses leadership skills, with a track record of implementing processes, fostering collaboration, and inspiring teams.
- Has a passion for driving results, fostering innovation, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the team
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or relevant fields.
